As part of the planning process, milestones are created for each project.
After a comprehensive discovery/analysis, the scope of a job paper is always generated. Both parties will be certain that they understand exactly what has to be done, and the project will be free of conflicts, cancellations, and reversals.
Because accomplishing each milestone and finishing each module takes time, there are no refunds for work that has already been performed.
If a project is mutually terminated, any work that has been accomplished and any payments for continued development would become invalid. Deposits and prior payments will not be refunded.
The project will go into the development phase if the customer approves a mock-up design, which will not be reimbursed.
There are no partial refunds for projects that are in the middle of a milestone phase.
No cancellations are permitted for marketing services provided for special events. Cancellations are not permitted because these are limited-time specials.
We give a complete refund if the service is not delivered. To cancel, the client must provide us with 30 days’ notice.
Deposit refunds are not available for projects that have been abandoned or have been lapsed for longer than 30 days.
