Despite our employees’ best efforts, the service is completed within the agreed-upon time frame. We cannot promise that the service will be finished by the planned date; a one-day or longer delay is possible. However, we want our customers to know that the servicing procedure is handled in the most expedient and dependable manner possible.

All information and services we provide are not provided with the understanding that none of our employees, partners, or agents are involved in providing tax or legal advice, nor are they responsible for the consequences of any use or abuse of its content.

All filing services and related information provided by UCB Business Solutions aim to provide our clients with a faster and simpler way to complete and submit their documents with the secretary of state of your state and related agencies, in order to make filing documents with the secretary of state of your state and related agencies faster and easier.

Dealing with disagreements

If you dispute a charge on your credit card and we later establish that there was no error, the price for dealing with all the paperwork and hassle that comes with having to substantiate the correctness of our charges will be $100 per hour.

Should this issue, or any other problem, go to court or be needed to be handled by a lawyer, the expenditures we must incur, and if we win the case, you must pay for all we have expended during the dispute. All cancellation requests for any of our services must be made at least five weeks prior to the date of cancellation.

Refund of the invoice

We endeavour to provide the highest quality service to our clients while also being as straightforward and upfront as possible. It is not feasible to issue a refund for services acquired from the UCB Business Solutions website unless the customer follows all instructions correctly, in which case we will promptly repay our clients and apologize once we have been alerted and confirmed if there is a problem with the services (we will only refund the business bank account deposit). Please keep in mind that there will be a 5% charge from your refund to pay processing expenses, so keep that in mind while calculating your return.

Customers’ obligations

In addition to the right to deny conducting business and cancel an order or service, UCB business Solutions retains the right to do so at any time and without prior notice or explanation for a variety of reasons, including but not limited to:

• Any order for which UCB Business Solutions was not contacted for additional information after the order form was submitted.
• Orders that don’t include all of the required information or that haven’t been paid in full
• The charge for the services must be paid in full before they may be given.
• Modifications to the terms and conditions
• UCB Business Solutions has the right to change this agreement at any moment, without previous notification to you, and at its sole discretion.

The procedure for billing

UCB Business Solutions provides service to clients depending on the service duration and rates listed on the website, with clients agreeing to be invoiced once a year and once a month. UCB Business Solutions automatically updates its clients on a monthly or annual basis unless the client quits the services before the service renewal date.

UCB Business Solutions is not responsible for the unlawful activities of its clients.

Any unauthorized or unaccepted acts by clients are not the responsibility of UCB Business Solutions.
